Kerbside Delivery Policy – Kitchen Products
All kitchen products are delivered kerbside only.
What kerbside delivery means
Delivery is made to the kerbside of the delivery address only
Drivers will not bring items inside the property
Drivers will not carry items upstairs or beyond the kerb
Packaging removal and installation are not included
Delivery day attendance
Kitchen deliveries operate on an all-day delivery window
Someone must be present at the delivery address for the entire day
The delivery team cannot wait if no one is available
Failed delivery
If no one is present to receive the delivery:
The goods will be returned to the depot
Return and redelivery charges will apply
Redelivery will only be arranged once additional charges are paid
Customer responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Ensure access is clear
Ensure someone is available all day on the delivery date
Measure access and suitability prior to ordering
