  1. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that Product descriptions, images, prices and dimensions are accurate. However, images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary depending on screen settings. Natural materials such as wood, stone and fabrics may vary in grain, texture and tone. Measurements are approximate. Such variations do not constitute a fault.

  1. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase Products subject to these Terms. You will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. A Contract will only be formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch, including where Products are unavailable, a pricing or description error has occurred, a promotional code has been misapplied, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

  1. Prices, Payment and Promotions

  1. Delivery

Delivery details, charges and estimated timescales are set out in our Kerbside Delivery Policy, available at https://elystraliving.co.uk/kerbside-delivery-policy/. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that adequate access is available. If delivery fails due to access issues, absence or refusal to accept delivery, additional charges may apply.

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

  1. Inspection, Acceptance and Right to Reject

You must inspect the Products at the point of delivery while the delivery driver is present. If, following inspection, you are not satisfied with the Products, you must notify the delivery driver immediately and refuse delivery. Where delivery is refused at that time, we will treat this as a return and process any refund due in accordance with these Terms.

Once the delivery driver has left the delivery address, the Products will be deemed accepted. After acceptance, you will not be entitled to a refund for reasons of change of mind, dissatisfaction, aesthetic preference or suitability, subject always to your statutory rights.

  1. Returns, Refunds and Statutory Rights

Certain Products are supplied under delivery and handling arrangements which do not permit returns once delivery has been accepted. These arrangements are due to supplier and logistics requirements and are clearly set out in our Kerbside Delivery Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable delivery conditions.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If Products are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, you retain all rights and remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where a refund is due following refusal of delivery or a valid statutory claim, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
